Customer Approval for Remote Service
Our remote support platform is an optional service that can only be installed once we have customer approval. To receive this service, it is important to follow these steps:
- A Data Protection Agreement (DPA) needs to be signed between you and Hologic to cover this activity as part of the GDPR compliance.
- You may need to adjust your security rules if outbound traffic is not already permitted.
